UAE Banks Federation is fully committed to supporting and assisting the Government`s efforts to develop society and enhance local economic growth. In this regard, UBF encourages its member banks to advocate projects that aim to improve the well-being of their communities and conduct their business in a sustainable manner. Member banks are encouraged to foster the participation of staff in all environmental corporate activities. 

This is why UAE Banks Federation organizes a yearly intra-banks football tournament (IBFT) for the banking industry to serve a greater noble purpose, donating the prizes to the Red Crescent humanitarian and charitable projects
