Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from Augsburg College, USA and Hull University, UK. Mr. Abdulla Ali Musleh AlAhbabi has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in senior positions both in the government and private sector in Abu Dhabi and has long standing experience in finance, energy and public sector. Mr. Abdulla Ali Musleh AlAhbabi was Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), acting undersecretary for Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Assistant general secretariat and a member of the Executive committee of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Abdulla was also Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company and was Chairman of the Sweihan solar project (largest PV Solar Project in the world), Board member of Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. He was also a Board Member in several entities including Abu Dhabi Environment Agency, Khalifa Fund for Enterprises Development, National Marine Dredging Company, Abu Dhabi Company for Health Services (SEHA) and Abu Dhabi Media Company and Chairman & Board member of other Government Owned Entities (GOE) and Member of Government Restructuring & Governance Committees. Prior to taking on these senior Government roles, Abdulla spent 10 years in ADWEA as part of the privatization and strategic planning functions and was an investment analyst for 6 years at the Abu Dhabi investment Authority (ADIA). After retirement, Abdulla has been appointed a member of ADIA Audit Committee and a board member of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). He is also a board member of the National Investment Company (NIC).
