UBF published the first Trust index in 2015. This index is meant to be a reflection of the trust among the countrys banking customers, and how their view of the banks has changed over time. This initiative directly contributes to gauge if the efforts that banks make to meet their customers needs are effective and satisfactory; leading to pinpoint the action that needs to be taken to improve the quality of service and better meet customers expectations.
