MR. ABDULLA ALI MUSLEH ALAHBABI

Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from Augsburg College, USA and Hull University, UK. Mr. Abdulla Ali Musleh AlAhbabi has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in senior positions both in the government and private sector in Abu Dhabi and has long standing experience in finance, energy and public sector. Mr. Abdulla Ali Musleh AlAhbabi was Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), acting undersecretary for Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Assistant general secretariat and a member of the Executive committee of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Abdulla was also Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company and was Chairman of the Sweihan solar project (largest PV Solar Project in the world), Board member of Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. He was also a Board Member in several entities including Abu Dhabi Environment Agency, Khalifa Fund for Enterprises Development, National Marine Dredging Company, Abu Dhabi Company for Health Services (SEHA) and Abu Dhabi Media Company and Chairman & Board member of other Government Owned Entities (GOE) and Member of Government Restructuring & Governance Committees. Prior to taking on these senior Government roles, Abdulla spent 10 years in ADWEA as part of the privatization and strategic planning functions and was an investment analyst for 6 years at the Abu Dhabi investment Authority (ADIA). After retirement, Abdulla has been appointed a member of ADIA Audit Committee and a board member of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). He is also a board member of the National Investment Company (NIC).

DR. SULAIMAN MOUSA AL JASSIM

Dr. Sulaiman Mousa Al Jassim’s contributions, especially in the development of the UAE’s education sector, are well regarded. He served as the former Vice President of Zayed University and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Al Fujairah National Insurance Company and Abu Dhabi University. He is also the Chairman of Al Jassim Trading Group and Al Jassim Marble and Tile Factory, Vice Chairman of Sultan Alowais Culture Foundation and AlKhaleej Investment Education Services.

MR. ABDULLA SALEM ALTURIFI

Mr. Abdulla Salem Alturifi is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Award for Doctoral Dissertations in Management Science. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Business Company of the American University of Sharjah. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Securities and Commodities Authority (“SCA”) from 2003 to 2015. He was also the Chairman of Trustee of the SCA training center. He was appointed in 2007 until 2010 as the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Securities Commissions. He was also Board member of the Emirates Industrial Bank in 2010-2011. He is the founder and first director of the Hamriyah Industrial Free Zone.rn rnMr. Alturifi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Political Science from the UAE University and the Honorary Fellowship of the Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) in London.

Mr. Adnan Al Ismail, a UAE National held various leadership positions in the banking sector for more than 35 years. Currently he is the Head of Wholesale Banking Group in Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. In addition, he is a Board Member of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank – Egypt.

Buamim serves as a Board Member of Dubai World, Dubai Islamic Bank and acts as Chairman of National General Insurance PJSC. Previously, Buamim served as Chairman of Emirates Financial Services, Emirates NBD Capital as well as a Board Member of the UAE Central Bank, Dubai International Financial Center, Emirates NBD Bank and Network International. Buamim holds MBA with honor in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science with Magna Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

H.E. is currently the Chairman of Bin Surour Engineering. His experience also includes being a board member of First Abu Dhabi Bank as well as of the Emirates Telecommunication ( Etisalat ) and Board Member of Al Dhaheri Group and Al Dhafra Insurance as well as being vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Aviation and Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company.
